This mask was created for a film called The Automaton. The mask was based on a drawing by our concept artist and created using a paintball mask as the base. From there, the front of the mask was removed and a skeleton of laser cut acrylic and wood was installed. Faux leather and greeblies finish the look.
The final mask also featured internal lighting and tubing to allow smoke to be blown out.
